Elin´s drøm

Elins drøm is idyllically located outside Kongsberg with a view to Jonsknuten and Skrim mountains. We hava a small farm-bakery where we produce crispbreads, som marmelades, lemonade and honey. We also sell different local food from other producers in the area. Outside the bakery we have a smal "Marked-garden". During season we sell vegetables and we use some of them in the bakery as well. In the farmer shop you also find som interiorproducts. If the weather is sunny and warm, we open up the sunshine-café. Freshbaked cinnamon rolls and coffee is some of the products you can enjoy from the café.
