Welcome to a nice experience at Sand Gård! This is a farm with a long history and old traditions and we wish to preserve the culture, which has made its mark here since the 18th century. The farm has a wide range of offers such as bakery, farm shop, cafe, events venue and children´s farm.
At Sand Gård the old brewery dating from 1740 has been converted into a farm shop. Here you can buy several types of breads, buns, rolls and muffins plus other delicious Norwegian bakery delights, which you can either take with you or enjoy at the cozy farm cafe. Sand Gård also facilitates for events such as weddings, confirmations, christenings, meetings and other types of events. The venue has an 80-100 seating capacity. The farm is children friendly and has a park with playground equipment. Some of the farm´s animals, such as hens, sheep, goats, pigs, ducks rabbits, geese, turkeys, horses and of course, the farm´s cat, all live in close proximity to the park. The animals can also be viewed by children, while they enjoy fresh baked buns at the cafe.
