Syse Gard is a Western Norwegian Economuseum-awarded farm specializing in fruit farming and fruit processing. The farm also keeps 70 winter-fed sheep. We offer guided tours and dining (max. 80 visitors per group) based on the farm's products, knowledge, tastes and traditions. In the farm outlet, you'll find fruit preserves, lamb meat, apple juice, cider, and fresh fruit in season.
Hosts are Gro and Hans, who run the farm as fifth generation owners, although there are three generations living at Syse Gard at present: Hans' parents Synnøva and Erling, and Hans and Gro's children Erling jr., Guro and Ingeborg.
