Welcome to Nordre Aasberg - beautifully located in the village of Dagali, Hardangervidda. Fish from the mountain lakes in Hardangervidda is cured and available for sale from the 1st of November. Also available for sale are lamb from the Norwegian sheep breed "spælsau", local beef and wild moose meat. We also cultivate and sell herb products.

Dagali is a village which is closely knitted to Hardangervidda. Throughout history the plateau has been the main source of survival for the villagers. It has afforded them the possibility of summer grazing for livestock, fishing, hunting and gathering. Today it is this long history of closeness to nature which makes this area extremely unique. The village stretches upwards from about 800 meters to 900 meters above sea level. This means that those living at the highest point has the open plateau as their closest neighbor. Dagali has a small grocery store called Joker - which also has a post office, a pharmacy and a kiosk. The distance to Geilo is 24 km where larger supermarkets can be found.
