Delicatessen with its own range of fish delicacies. We make a variety of exclusive fish products. Cold smoked and warm smoked fish, caviar, soups, sauces, fish patties, patè, mousse and much more.

We produce three kinds of caviar - fermented whitefish caviar, fermented pike caviar and Norwegian red caviar made from herring and from vendace, which is caught in the lake Mjøsa.

In 2012 the latter caviar was named the best fish and shellfish product generally in “Det Norske Måltid”, a big national food competition.

The fish we use in our production comes from Ringerike. For example, this pike from “Sperillen”. This will make great fish cakes!

In addition to our fish products you can buy sausages, moose patties, free range pork, traditional flat/hard bread, biscuits, oils, jellies, jams, juices, eggs, cheeses, sweets and much more. All made by small producers. Villfisken AS is just a short distance from the E16.

Welcome to Villfisken - A treat for the tastebuds. Opening hours: Monday to Thursday - 9am to 5pm. Friday - 9 am to 8pm. Saturday - closed. Sunday - 1pm to 8pm.
