At Skaret you will find Café/restaurant with traditional Norwegian food, a general store with a variety of farm produced food items, handmade, candle making workshop and other activities Skarstua is like the Soria Moria palace of the Norwegian fairy tales. Here everything from the simple traditional peasant food to the local culinary specialties, as well as the overflowing banquet meals are served in a delightful, cozy atmosphere. At Skaret you can say hello to horses, goats and rabbits all summer long. Pony riding is arranged every day in July and every Sunday the rest of the year.
