Sæterstad is an organic mountain farm in Hattfjelldal, near the Swedish border, with goats, a land-based fish farm, micro power station and salt cave. We turn our goat's milk into goat's cheese, the meat becomes cured meat products and the arctic char is transformed into award-winning rakfisk.
