The goal of the farm shop school

The goal is to strengthen local value creation and help more people succeed in selling Norwegian-produced food and beverages directly to consumers.
HANEN wants to make it easier for producers to meet the customer where they are – on the farm, in the store or at the market – and at the same time build profitability and pride around Norwegian local food.

Exciting, interesting! Especially this thing about the customer journey and seeing things a bit from the customer's perspective was useful, something I hadn't thought of myself.
