Hardanger International Cider Festival 2026 will be held May 7–9 and invites you to three days of tasting experiences, knowledge and meetings with some of Norway's leading cider producers. For those of you who are interested in local food, drink and real farm experiences, this is a festival well worth the trip.

Hardanger is known as Norway's most important cider region, and during the festival you will experience both tradition and innovation - close to the producers behind it.

Cider dinners and tasting experiences

The festival also offers cider dinners where local ingredients take center stage. Here, menus are put together that highlight the interaction between food and cider, and show how cider can elevate a meal just like wine.
