This day we combine focus on the region's farm sales with a joint open day. The goal is to strengthen the knowledge of and use of local producers throughout the region, while building visibility and engagement towards Food Trek 2026.
Here you can buy local food directly from the producer, meet the people behind the food and experience true food joy on the farm.

Asker
Apple juice from our own apples, 4 varieties. Tasting samples. Apples (sold in season). Raspberry jam and honey.
Asker
We will open a new farm shop on April 10th or 11th.
We produce beer and in the farm shop we have a large selection of our own store-strength beer, cured meats, bread, sausages, venison, beef, cheese, vegetables, pâtés, soap, hand cream, apple juice, coffee, tea, soda, chocolate, flour, honey, etc. Focus on local and small-scale producers.
Asker
Værby Gård in Asker offers locally sourced food directly from the farm. Here you will find beef, eggs and flour from our own production, with a focus on quality and animal welfare.

Aurskog-Høland
Juice, jam, honey, baked goods + some crafts. Thinking of collaborating with other suppliers on this day as well
Baerum
Grini Hjemmebakeri is a small artisan bakery on Grini farm in Bærum, known for its authentic, homemade kransakke (ring cakes) baked from scratch according to old recipes.
In the farm shop you will find a large selection of sweet temptations, along with local food and gift items – perfect for both everyday life and parties, just outside Oslo.
Baerum
On the Tanum Plateau in Bærum you will find Øvre Ringi Gård, known for its farm-pressed apple juice made from apples from its own and local orchards. In the farm shop you can buy apple juice, jam and other locally produced goods. In the autumn there is extra life on the farm, with self-picking corn and the opportunity to have your own apples pressed into fresh apple juice.
Drøbak
Haneborg produces vegetables and our own fermented/pickled vegetables. We have a good selection of local meat and dairy products. We have herbs, organic flour, a variety of delicatessen products and farm eggs. The selection of dry goods is everything from pasta/risotto to chocolate, farm coffee and snacks. We have organic seeds, literature and some gardening equipment. In high season we also offer self-picking of vegetables (July-Sep)
Eidsvoll
We produce sourdough bread, cinnamon rolls, protein rolls, wheat flour, pork and beef. Everything is organic. We also import products from other producers such as cheeses from Ryggemeieri, chicken from Hovelsrud, teas, spices and vinegar from Aukrust in Lom, eggs from Hønefoss, vegetables, yogurt, quark from Alm Østre and dry goods from Norganic, apple juice from Eidsvoll Mosteri and Dyregård etc.
Eidsvoll
Grass-fed beef, eggs, bread and baked goods, lunch dishes. Jams, berries, fruit, apple juice, herbs, flowers and selected vegetables for your own use in the cafe. Honey from beekeepers, whose honey is on our plots, etc.
Frog
We produce and sell five different raspberry wines; Sparkling, Dessert wine, Ice wine, Aromatized and Mead as well as a non-alcoholic Raspberry drink. We also sell cups of Frozen Temptations which consist of a frozen raspberry covered with two layers of chocolate and the book Raspberry Land, the taste of Norwegian summer.
Equalizer
Finnerud Farm is a vibrant, organic farm in Hadeland, where everything is run on nature's terms. Here, eggs, meat and vegetables are produced on a small scale, with a focus on soil, animal welfare and the cycle.
In the farm shop you can buy locally sourced food straight from the producer, and experience a farm that is building new life with roots dating back to the 1500th century.

Lillestrøm
Gråfebua is a small and charming farm shop in Enebakkneset, where the animals and ingredients are the focus. The farm is run with Tyrolean Gråfe cattle, along with sheep and free-range chickens.
In the farm shop you can buy meat and other products from your own farm, and get real, locally sourced food with a clear origin – straight from the farmer to the table.
Nesodden
Just a short trip from Oslo you will find Gårdsbutikken at Schrader. Here salads, herbs, tomatoes and other vegetables are grown in old greenhouses, and in season the shop is filled with fresh produce from their own farm. In addition you will find flowers, local food from other producers and fresh organic baking and coffee – all served in a green and pleasant farm environment.
Oslo
At Gartneriet we serve flavors from unroasted ingredients, straight from our own farm. Our menus are made with meat from the farm, cheeses from our farm cheese factory and vegetables we grow and ferment ourselves. We have a small farm shop selling jam from our own berries, cheese from the cheese factory, sheepskin from our own sheep, as well as seeds, garden equipment and honey.
Ås
Dyster Slakteri in Ås makes it easy to buy meat straight from the farmer. Here you get completely unprocessed quality meat from their own animals, with a focus on animal welfare, taste and good craftsmanship.
In the farm shop you can buy fresh meat several days a week, and experience real, locally sourced food produced with care at every stage.
