Villbrygg makes non-alcoholic drinks that do not compromise on taste or experience. We use natural and wild ingredients from the unique Nordic flora. This is how we extract the flavors of nature. Villbrygg offers a healthy and tasty alternative, and will inspire a lifestyle where well-being, environment and pleasure can coexist.
Uncompromising non-alcoholic beverages, created to be enjoyed.
Villbrygg is passionate about using more of the diversity of flavors found in Norwegian nature and creating fantastic non-alcoholic beverages from this. The company has spent several years developing a completely new product category based on raw materials that are abundant in nature, but which are little used in the production of food and drinks today, namely wild plants such as spruce shoots, yarrow, birch leaves, meadowsweet, goat's rue and more!
We make sparkling botanical brews from, among other things, wild plants and herbs from organic and biodynamic agriculture. The drinks are balanced, flavorful and complex. They are made to pair well with food. We use only real ingredients, organic or wild-grown, and no artificial additives or preservatives.
We use as much local produce as possible, and actively work to increase access to these by collaborating with farmers, collection groups and urban gardens.
The process of making the drinks is adapted to beer breweries with a view to using spare capacity there. Villbrygg wants to use the earth's resources smarter all the way. The company does not own its own production facilities, but currently rents production from Lofotpils in Svolvær and Flo at Sollihøgda.
When they first started in 2018, the founders collected all their raw materials themselves. Over time, this has become more systematic in close collaboration with a handful of organic farmers and collectors.
The company now plans crops and what will be harvested with the farmers well in advance and several farmers have built drying rooms so that they can deliver dried raw materials to Villbrygg. The company has already succeeded in establishing a new supply of Norwegian raw materials. This has made it possible to launch in the basic selection at Vinmonopolet, which was an incredible milestone!
