Welcome to Varangerkokken and Vardø.
As far north east as you can get in Norway, you'll find Varangerkokken, located at Vardø Hotel. Here you can enjoy the day's catch straight from the East Sea while watching the coastal fleet chugging in and out of the harbor.
We serve today's dinner and a la carte.

Local produce is important to us and we use what we can get from Varanger. Varanger has world-class produce, from the sea, the mountains, the marshes, the shore and even from the garden. We use a lot of berries, wild plants in season and of course fresh fish straight from the East Sea and reindeer from Varanger.
