At Valmsnes Gård we make dairy products from milk from our own cows. We are committed to good craftsmanship, animal welfare and genuine raw materials, and process the milk in our own farm dairy.
We produce a variety of products, such as yogurt, drinking milk, halloumi, cheeses, sour cream and cottage cheese. Our butter was named "Dairy Product of the Year" in 2020.
We sell our products in local shops and restaurants. In the summer of 2026 we will open a small self-service farm outlet, where we will sell dairy products from the farm, meat, eggs and honey from local producers.
We offer catering by appointment and have 2 guesthouses that we rent out on the farm.
