Ulvik Frukt og Cideri is a family business on the Hakastad farm. The farm is located south-facing and sunny in the middle of the fruit village of Ulvik in Hardanger.
The company is founded on quality, culture and expertise.
Has an open farm sale every weekday (not Sunday) from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. - Sale of many types of apple juice, sparkling apple juice, apple cider vinegar, aronia, griegs sweets dessert chocolate, several types of cider with alcohol 4,7% and several types of 7,5% (Gravenstein, Kvitanesen, Hylleblomsider)

We have over 20 apple varieties that give a great variety in taste. (A "normal" fruit grower today has 4-5 apple varieties). We have common varieties that are on the market, many "old" apple varieties that have more acid and tannin and some English/French cider apple varieties. Yellow Gravenstein is our brand variety and is the basis for many of our ciders. We make 8 different apple musts, 5 different ciders, apple cider vinegar and a health drink from Aronia cheese. In addition, we have morels from mid-July/August and apples from the end of August until Christmas.

"The good apple taste" is the basis for all our products.
