Visit Syse Gard in Ulvik for a taste of true craftsmanship and tradition. Here you will find award-winning sides, a bustling farm shop and exciting experiences for the whole family in the heart of Hardanger.

Syse Gard has been in the family since 1888, and today the sixth generation is carrying on the legacy. The farm is a central part of the famous Fruit and Cider Route in Hardanger. Here, deep traditions are combined with modern innovation in a sustainable way.

In our farm shop you will find a wide selection of the farm's own products. We are proud of our status as one of the few 'Handmade' businesses in Norway. Here you can buy everything from fresh apple juice of many varieties, to homemade jam, canned plums and cherries.

We also process lamb according to old traditions. The selection includes, among other things, flavorful lamb shank, cured sausage and pork loin from lambs that have grazed in fresh nature. Everything is processed directly on the farm to ensure the highest quality and most authentic taste.

For those who want to learn more, we offer guided farm tours and cider tastings during the summer months. Here you can get an insight into the production and taste our noble drops.
