So great that Svinvika gets a place for good meetings with the meal as an attraction. Kristina and Tore's commitment will put the area on the national gastronomic map. After sharing a kitchen with Kristina for three years, I know this will be good. In a world of increasingly fast, uncritical food, our culture needs exactly such entrepreneurs.
