NerSalberg farm has a great location with a view of the Trondheimsfjord and Hylla. Here you can experience a variety of vegetables, flour from ancient grains (ancient grains), historical livestock breeds and lots of nice people. We at NerSalberg are committed to showing consideration for the land, the people and the animals on the farm and offer good meeting places and raw materials for people and animals. We operate organically and are Debio approved with vegetables, meat and ancient grains (ancient grains).

Part of the farm's production is delivered to restaurants in Trondheim and Taste Experience in Henning, Steinkjer.

We welcome school classes and farm visits by appointment. This summer the farm is open for woolly pig safaris and garden walks in the market garden. New this year is that we also offer accommodation with options for simple meals.

A little about the farm history:

The farm is run by Marit and Jakob Støre-Valen, who are 5th generation farmers. We took over the farm in 2012 and converted to organic farming, first with vegetables and then with ancient grains and sheep. In 2020, we also got mangalitsa pigs to the farm that live outside all year round (wool pigs). Our vision is that the farm will provide the best from the earth in a sustainable way with a lot of consideration for animals and people. We want the farm to be a resting place and a place for good experiences, with good food made from good ingredients. With us, there is always time to have a chat.
