The first operator of this farm, Eirik, got it from his father-in-law. 10 generations later, Odelsgut Eirik has started a cider house on the farm. The knowledge of cider production is based on all the earlier generations that parents, grandparents, uncles and aunts have been involved in when it comes to taking care of world-class fruit and apples. Based on this foundation, Eirik has taken up old traditions and mixed in some new ones to create a cider that is unique in itself, but has the same quality that can be found in "Sider frå Hardanger".
