Skott Gård Nordre produces plums, black elderberries, garden blueberries, cherries, gooseberries and hawthorns. Fresh and processed products are sold from Bondens Marked, Reko-ring and our own farm outlet. Fruit wine is only sold from the farm outlet.
Skott Gård Nordre is beautifully situated near the Drammenselva River in Øvre Eiker. The farm is owned and operated by Atle Sivert Tærum and Ragnhild Lie and consists of 475 acres of cultivated land and 150 acres of forest. The farm has been in the family's ownership since 1891 and the current owner is the 4th generation.
We produce plums, black elderberries, blueberries, gooseberries, cherries and hawthorns. In addition, we grow wheat seeds, fescue, red clover and preserved cherries. Several different plum varieties are grown, including Opal, Mallard, Jubileum, Victoria, Avalon and Excalibur. All further processing of fruit and berries is done on the farm in a sustainable way. Our vision is to utilize raw materials in the best possible way without throwing anything away.
Further processing consists of various juices with and without sugar, jams, pickled plums and fruit wines. Our sales channels are Bondens Marked, Reko-ring and our own farm outlet. Fruit wines are sold from the farm outlet.

Most of the work in the orchard is done manually. This means that the plants receive individual treatment, which ensures good quality of all the raw materials. Our goal is to be able to offer tasty, healthy and wholesome products.
Skott Gård Nordre has produced 3 different fruit wines based on the farm's raw materials since spring 2014. The goal has been to create high-quality fruit wines and the result has been the award-winning Isplomme, Hylleblomst and Hylleblomst w/gooseberry.
Ice Plum is based on a good blend of different plum varieties that undergo a freeze/thaw process and cold fermentation over a long period of time. Ice Plum has a perfect plum flavor where the balance between acidity and sweetness makes the wine a tasty and unique product.
The Elderflower and Elderflower w/gooseberry wines are produced from hand-picked flowers from the black elderberry bush. Around Midsummer, the black elderberry blooms and the flower clusters are ready for harvest. The wine has a wonderful aroma and balanced sweetness that gives it an exclusive touch.
The fruit wines are only available for purchase from the farm outlet at Skott Gård Nordre.
