The Jam Shop. This is a self-service stall located along the road by our farm. It is open from May to October. In the jam shop you will find local food and drinks from Påldtun and other local producers. In season you can also buy fresh fruit and berries.

Påldtun Gard is located in a sunny location by the Gloppefjord in Nordfjord. On our farm we grow apples, raspberries and strawberries. What is not consumed is further processed into bottles and glasses, so that you can get a taste of summer all year round. At the top of the orchard with a view of the fjord and mountains you will find two mini cabins for rent. By the road we have a self-service sales stall. There you can buy fresh berries in season and local products from Påldtun and other local food producers in Nordfjord. We also have a sauna and boat rental by the fjord.

The good sun conditions make it ideal for growing fruit and berries on the north side of Gloppefjorden. What is not sold in season is turned into juice, jam, jellies and fruit juice. You can buy many of our products in the self-service sales booth "sylvekottet" which is located by the road.

Our goal is to operate in a sustainable manner. We are therefore keen to exploit all the resources the farm has to offer. At the top of the orchard it was too shallow to plant apple trees, so instead we chose to set up two cabins. There is no road to the cabins; you have to walk through the orchard, and you are welcome to pick an apple or two when it is in season. We can of course help you carry your luggage up with an ATV if you wish.

By the fjord you can rent a sauna and boat. There are free SUP boards for guests in our cabins.

We have two boats for rent. One that you can drive on your own and one that we rent out with a guide. Then Magne or Nicolai will take you out on a trip, whether you want to fish or just experience nature.

In the summer when the boats are out on the fjord, we use our boathouse to welcome small and large groups. We offer storytelling, walks in the orchard, berry picking, entertainment and tastings in our boathouse.
