Lambing is always a tiring but beautiful time of year. Our Old Norwegian sheep are fantastic mothers. The lambs become safe and quite social. We enjoy this period :)

Olaåsen Gård is beautifully situated midway between Harstad and Borkenes. The farm is approved as an Inn på tunet farm, 4H farm and horse center. We operate with local food production and leather, as well as tourism.

On our farm you will find old Norwegian sheep, horses, goats, quail, chickens, ducks, cats and dogs. We have animals that are well used to working with us in contact with people. You will also find a small farm shop selling our products from the sheep, birds, local berries, as well as leather and wool. Throughout the summer season we are open for visits on the farm, as well as a cafe on certain days. During the winter we arrange a Christmas market and open farm. In addition, we welcome requests.
The farm is hosted by Nordtrip, and we also have bedrooms for rent in our new beautiful building.
