Nyyyt's motto is "everything starts with the farmer", and the close collaboration with farmers
is the most important success criterion for us. We produce quality products from lamb, cattle and pork.
Most of the meat we deliver is hand-picked. In our modern premises at Røysland Gaard in Bjerkreim we further process the meat. We currently deliver to hotels, restaurants and shops.
In 2018, we were finalists in the competition “The Norwegian Meal” for the second year in a row with fresh produce and Pinnasteik – both from the Svartfjes sheep breed. This breed is good at maintaining even outfield areas, which is completely in line with Nyyyt’s goal of producing sustainable meat products.
To make the best use of our raw materials and premises, we are also starting to produce sausages and cured sausages. We have gained many years of expertise in traditional food, so we look forward to more quality products in the future.
