Experts claim that Norwegian apples and Norwegian apple juice are world-class due to the climatic conditions. We produce apples right at the edge of where it is climatically possible to grow apples. That is why we get a richness of flavor and a naturally high acid content and a unique combination of sweetness and bitterness. Photographer: Fredrik Solstad

Imagine that you are responsible for ensuring that 15.000 apple trees are doing well, thriving and growing, not getting sick and giving back apples in abundance, red, sweet, crisp and tart apples. At Hyggen Farm we have thousands of fruit trees spread over 100 acres. We take this responsibility seriously, and every day throughout the year we have small and large tasks that together form the basis for the success of our apple juice. Photographer: Sven Erik Røed
