WELCOME TO FOOD WITH HEART!
We established ourselves in 2007, and since before our inception, we have set ourselves the goal of promoting locally sourced food from our region so that more people can become familiar with the authentic flavors and craftsmanship that dedicated producers add to our ingredients.
Food with Heart's philosophy is to cook from scratch, and give guests a unique taste experience along with the story behind the food. We do not compromise on craftsmanship, the food should be real and honest. The hand-held knowledge is extremely important to continue, as the industry is increasingly adept at neutralizing our taste and moving our taste preferences away from the original.
We also focus on edible plants from the garden, forest and shore. Together with Kagge publishing house and author Ellen-Beate Wollen, we are helping to raise awareness about these ingredients. - The book will be published in spring 2014.
Our cooking uses local quality producers from Møre & Romsdal, Trøndelag, Sogn & Fjordane and Hordaland. Events on request: Cook at home, courses, wedding chef, confirmation, company party, lecture, do you want a local food evening, for example, at your restaurant? This is how we can promote our food together.
