Down on a field in Eidsvoll, Loftet Gårdsbutikk is idyllically located on the farm Hol Vestre.
Here we have two floors of pure joy.
On the first floor you will find a large café, with our own bakery where we bake bread, pastries and cakes every opening day. The kitchen also produces delicious lunch dishes, made from the farm's own or local ingredients. We serve clean food made from scratch. We sell grass-fed beef, as well as fresh eggs from the farm.
We have been awarded a number of national awards, including in 2020 as Norway's best farm shop.
The premises, which were previously a treatment stable for horses, are bright, large and inviting with seating for about 60 people. In addition, we have built glass on the rear stable aisles, so that you can look out over the fields and follow the agriculture up close. There is a unique, delicious and quiet atmosphere here. In the summer, we also have outdoor seating in beautiful surroundings. We bake all our baked goods and cakes by hand, and have our own trained chef and pastry chef. On the farm, we have grain production, suckler cows, a couple of Lucky Pigs when needed, and chickens. We use these uncooked ingredients in our menus, and we sell meat and fresh eggs from the farm. Otherwise, we promote local and Norwegian, clean and sustainable ingredients.
The Loft itself on the second floor is filled with leather from our own sheep and cows in a beautiful combination of old and new interior design delights. We sew and print our own leather products, which are very popular with our customers. Here, many find peace of mind, inspiration and lasting treasures.
We sometimes hold intimate concerts here, with well-known and unknown artists. We also rent out the premises for private events such as confirmations, parties, etc.

We are located about 35 minutes from Lillestrøm, about 60 minutes from Oslo, about 30 minutes from Sørumsand, about 45 minutes from Hamar and about 30 minutes from Gardermoen.
