Jækta Fjordstue is idyllically located in scenic surroundings in Mosvik by the Trondheimsfjord, 4 km from Skarnsundbrua and 1 km from Mosvik city center.
We are open all year round for bookings for weddings, confirmations, christenings, birthdays, memorial services and other celebrations.
We serve a cold buffet with hot dishes, coffee, cakes and desserts every Sunday and public holidays 11-18 (March-December). We also serve dishes from our own menu. More information can be found on our Facebook page.
A doll exhibition of Anne Grete's handmade porcelain dolls with beautiful national costumes from all over Norway can also be found in the restaurant.
CABINETS
We have newly built rental cabins with sea views. The cabins have their own mini-kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. There is full access to internet and smart TV. In the cabins you will find a bed, sofa bed and a loft with more beds. The cabins also have their own lawn and terrace.
APARTMENT
The apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and full access to the internet and smart TV. The apartment has its own bedroom and sleeping alcove with bunk beds. The apartment has a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside the apartment there is a private terrace.
BOWLING
The house also has its own bowling alley with three lanes. There are also opportunities for birthday parties and other events.
CAMPING
The campsite has 10 pitches for campers and caravans. It is also possible to camp with a tent. Attached to the campsite is a service building with a shower, toilet, washing machine and kitchen. Internet is available throughout the area.
GUEST DOCK AND BOAT RENTAL
We have our own guest pier with access to water and electricity. Arranged space for cleaning fish. There are opportunities to rent a boat. Skarnsundet is a very well-known place for fishing. Day visits for dinner guests at Jækta Fjordstue are free.
