Holli Mølle grinds organic grain from Norwegian farmers in a stone mill – true craftsmanship that gives a taste of tradition, quality and sustainability.
Holli Mølle was established in 2007 on the family farm in Spydeberg, but the story is based on mill traditions that go back to the 18th century. With stone mills and craftsmanship, organic grain from Norwegian farmers is ground into flour with taste, structure and history. The range includes both old grain varieties such as emmer, einkorn and rye, and modern wheat varieties – together a living part of 15,000 years of grain history. All products are pure and traceable all the way back to the farmer who grew the grain.
Through its own wholesale network, the flour reaches the entire country, and is available in outlets such as MENY, Coop Øst, Kinsarvik, Dyrket, Sunkost, Dalheimgård and several others. Holli Mølle wants to preserve food culture, strengthen ecology and secure Norwegian grain diversity for the future.
