Hekta is a bakery and farm shop located in Sinnes in upper Sirdal. Here we bake bread, buns, cakes and traditional pastries. We do everything we can to create a good atmosphere in our small bakery in Sinnes, with a focus on tradition and storytelling.

You can take a look around the café, and see local crafts and pictures of people and animals from Sirdal. Maybe you'll find someone you know?

We are particularly interested in clean food and local ingredients. In the café and bakery we use our own milk from cows that are well-fed on Åsne and Johan's mountain farm near Dorgefoss. In baking we use sourdough and a long rising time, which makes the baking more tasty - and good for the body.
