The Hamarsbøen farm is located in Kvisla, about 8 km east of Geilo. Here we are engaged in milk production. In the summer we are at the farm in Havsdalen, where we sell, among other things, sour cream and cheese produced from our own milk.

During the summer we are at the farm in Havsdalen for two months. Here we sell our own cheeses in addition to other local products. We also produce and sell sour cream at the farm. The address is Havsdalsvegen 212, and the opening hours are every afternoon during the season, from about 10.7-20.8.

In 2017, we entered into a collaboration with Hol Ysteri, and today we produce several different varieties of hard white cheeses; Kvitost, Vellagra Kvitost, Lykjylost, Røykt kvitost, and two types of "Luring".

In summer and autumn we also have three cabins for rent. One at the farm in Kvisla and two at the barn in Havsdalen. Please contact us for times and prices.
