At Haaheim Gaard, food and taste are a passion. Food with history and local roots is central to all the guest houses we hold. Haaheim has its own gardener who creates our garden into a food platter, where you can harvest herbs/vegetables/fruits and berries.
Experience a cultural farm with sheep and chickens. In the yard is an old Swiss house with a cozy restaurant in the basement and an interior design shop in French country style in the bestestova. The facility is located in a large cultural garden. There are small paths that go through beech hedges and rhododendron alleys, they sneak past beds with many hundreds of rose trees. The paths lead to small gazebos and pavilions, where you can find a hidden place to enjoy a glass of wine and a book from the library.
The outdoor stage is open for theater and concerts, and people can enter a world they never knew existed.
When the bell rings in the mountains, dinner is served, homemade food with local ingredients. Or maybe you just want to enjoy some homemade cakes with freshly made juice and jam.
