Grindal ysteri is known for its award-winning cheeses. In the summer, the farm shop is full of local organic vegetables, mature cheeses and dairy products from our farms.

The cheese factory is located in beautiful Rennebu, where the Orkla River winds down the valley along county road 700, between Berkåk and Orkanger. The farm shop is self-service and open 24 hours a day.. Here you can buy a large selection of cheese from Grindal Ysteri and other local products. The cheese is also on sale at MENY's cheese counters and in delicatessens around the country.

Grindal ysteri consists of two farms, Jelan and Stigen, which produce cow and goat milk. In the summer, we move our livestock to the mountains at Øyasetra and Jelsetra in Jøldalen in Trollheimen. We also work closely with Grønt frå Grindal, a market garden that supplies vegetables and berries to the farm shop.
