Fiskum fruktpresseri is a family business where 3 generations collaborate to produce high quality apple juice. The farm press is part of Stavlum farm which is idyllically located in Eikerbygda, Fiskum. In the west-facing and sunny terrain, the apple trees of the varieties Aroma, Discovery, Gravenstein and Rød Savstadholm grow. These are handpicked at the desired degree of ripeness and pressed into apple juice on the farm.
In addition to our own production, we are also open to rental pressing, where the customer is guaranteed to get juice from their own apples.
During the season it will be possible to shop in our warehouse outlet: Weekdays 09:00 - 17:00, otherwise on request.

Stavlum farm has been in the family's ownership since 1891 and has been the very basis of life for previous generations. Times change, but the desire to use the resources and opportunities we have at our disposal has always been important to the family. Even though we do not have large areas at our disposal, the desire to continue running the farm is great.

The Eikerbygdene area has a long history of fruit growing; good climatic conditions and suitable soil have created the conditions for this. Stavlum Gård has also produced apples for a number of years and after several years of airing ideas about further processing of this fantastic raw material, Fiskum fruktpresseri was established as a family project in 2012. Now the goal was to produce apple juice of the highest quality and create a viable business.

We are today humble and proud to be able to offer apple juice produced in our farm press. As mentioned, the production takes place on the farm where we handle all aspects and quality is important. We have chosen to press the different varieties separately, as we believe this gives us a taste that more easily allows us to feel the nuances between the different varieties of apples.

We were very happy when in 2018 we were announced as the winner of Norway's best apple cider in the category, Pure apple cider with our Discovery.

In season, it will also be possible to pick apples yourself at our farm.
