Craving real pastries?
If you are wandering along the road between Hylsfjorden and Saudafjorden, you are welcome to stop by our farm in Fattnes.

Fattnes is an old Suldalsgard farm that has been in operation since the 1600th century. Today, Spelsau and Norwegian Kvit sheep graze on mountain pastures here. Tyrolean Grey cattle graze in our fields. In addition, we operate a forest and sawmill. In 2022, we built a bakery on the farm. The driving force is to be able to share real joy and sustainable food.

In the bakery we bake with Norwegian, natural ingredients. We get freshly laid eggs and fresh milk from our neighbors (Fattnes Austre) and bake with Norwegian flour from Holli Mølle. The butter in our buns comes from Rørosmeieriet All our baked goods are kneaded, risen and baked in Fattnes Bakeri in Suldal.

We always have some local products for sale in our little "country store". In addition, we have skins from our animals and homemade wooden products.
