Druehagen Gård is an organic wine and cider producer in tune with nature: regenerative and organic!
We want a farm full of life, with people, animals, grapes, apples and berries, where we can be part of creating a positive change in society. We grow fruit and vegetables, and process them into wine and cider in our new brewery and wine cellar. Come for a wine and cider tasting and experience the farm!
Vineyard
12,5 acres of grapes have been planted, of which 6,5 acres were planted in 2023 and 6 acres in 2024. We have 3700 grape plants and all the grapes are used for winemaking in our new winery and wine cellar. At full production we make approximately 3000 bottles of wine, divided into red, rosé, white and sparkling.
Side dish
There are a total of 14 acres of apples, of which 2 acres were planted in 2023, 6 acres in 2024 and 6 acres in 2025. There are a total of 2700 apple trees, and the organic apples are the Aroma, Discovery, Bramley's Seedling and Rubinstep varieties. These are pressed in our new cider house and stored in the wine cellar! We also have 800 blackcurrant bushes and 100 currant bushes, so we can make traditional craft cider with the taste of currants and blackcurrants.
At full production, we make approximately 30,000 bottles of apple cider, divided into classic apple cider, craft cider, craft cider with blackcurrant and craft pages with currants.
