Dal Gård is designed to serve many people at the same time. We can accommodate most needs within courses, conferences and private parties. Our beautiful outdoor area in combination with premises and a solid kitchen forms the perfect setting for a successful event.

Dal Gjestegår serves food with a local, sustainable Nordic profile. Seasonal ingredients only from quality producers primarily from Vestfold and the Oslofjord. In the kitchen, all food is prepared from scratch, genuineness in production and presentation.

Beautiful party rooms, fully set up and cleaned, are included in the price for the agreed menu. Chefs, head waiters, and waiters are ready to take good care of your party.

We are proud of our unique location in the idyllic cultural landscape west of the town along the Vestfold coast. We offer accommodation in apartments with modern standards, all new in 2008, with a comfortable 25 m² on two floors. The accommodation unit is furnished with a living room and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine, bedroom with two beds and entrance on the ground floor. There are also two beds on a spacious loft. Each accommodation unit has its own sheltered patio with a roof and fantastic sunshine all day long.

Experience the entire area with access to a heated outdoor swimming pool (June-August), sand volleyball court, soccer fields, two large playgrounds. Take a walk among 250 pinet noir vines in the afternoon sun, feel free to have a tasting (August-October).

With its unique location and large parking lot immediately adjacent, the place is sheltered from traffic. The safe and quiet atmosphere with spacious outdoor area makes Dal Gård an eldorado for everyone from the youngest to the oldest.

Dal Gjestegård is located on the outskirts of idyllic Åsgårdstrand. A gem along the Vestfold coast, with cozy wooden houses, beaches, cafes and hiking trails along the coast. No wonder Edvard Much enjoyed himself here. Much's house is located 3km from Gjestegården.

Midgard historical center with its mighty burial mounds, moat, and Viking hall is an obvious attraction less than 5 km away.

Before the tour continues to Karl Johans gate, an island separated from Horten by an idyllic canal. The place is full of naval history with its old barracks. Today it is a vibrant cultural center for art, culture as well as taste and entertainment.
