In the heart of Ryfylke lies Skiftun. Fruit has been grown here for generations. Surrounded by blue fjords and green bays, the orchards stretch all the way down to the seashore. Good climatic conditions produce tasty apples and pears. The fruit is pressed into fresh and good apple juice. We also make sparkling ciders.
Our farm shop can be found at Krambuå in Skiftun. During the fruit season we have apples and pears. You can buy apple juice and cider for most of the year. In addition, we have wild sheep skins from our own sheep. You will also find wild sheep meat and veal produced on the neighboring farm and smoked salmon from Mikals Laks. In the summer you can also buy strawberries and morels.
