The raspberry country is located between Drøbak and Ås. Here, the soil is good and the raspberry plants thrive in early spring. With us, you can buy berries directly from the field in season and several types of raspberry wine all year round.
In addition to berries and wine, we sell raspberry honey and beech. Raspberry Land – the taste of Norwegian summer with over a hundred recipes about all the good things you can do with raspberries.
Raspberries are also well suited for making wine. Wine production started in 2016 and we currently have three different types; dessert wine, ice wine and sparkling wine, as well as raspberry mead made with honey from the farm. A good balance between acidity and sweetness gives our wines a characteristic taste, aromatic and fresh – the taste of Norwegian summer.
