Welcome to Bøtun - an organic small farm out of the ordinary. We have a self-service farm shop all year round and a summer café with Debio's gold label. We produce our own organic cut flowers, vegetables and free-range pigs. On request, we offer a tour of the garden including a farm-to-table experience with "The Taste of Bøtun". We arrange private events, courses and conferences. Participate in "Open Farm", "Concert in the Barn", "Long Table Dinner", "Plant Sales Weekend" and much more. The heart of Bøtun is our organic market garden where we grow over 80 different varieties of vegetables and flowers. Everything we do is connected to the garden and the earth, whether it's our menu in the café, our handmade chocolates or the homemade ice cream.

The farm cafe is open Wednesday to Friday from June 18 to August 22 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The food we serve is based on seasonal vegetables, meat from our own free-range pigs and home-baked sourdough bread. In addition to our own ingredients, we use products from other local producers.

The farm shop is self-service with Vipps and open all year round. Here you can buy fresh vegetables from mid-June to October. You will also find a wide selection of processed products, which we produce here on the farm using our own raw materials as a starting point. Marmalade, jam, herbal oil, herbal salt, pickled red onion, kimchi and fermented cabbage are among the products. In addition, you will find our organic handmade chocolate, where every piece has a connection to the garden. Try our dark chocolate with candied rosemary, white chocolate with rhubarb or light chocolate with aniseed.
