ASMarGel. It is short for "Arne and Siri's Marmalades and Jellies"
We live in Kristiansand and have a small-scale production of marmalades, jellies and chutneys.

We also make the slightly unusual jellies like Jostabær and Tindved, where we let the berry flavor play first fiddle.
Sometimes we get hold of special raw materials and make small batches, such as Grape Jelly. grapes from a garden here in Kristiansand.

We make a classic Orange Marmalade and some variations that are perfect for the cheese board. Fig chutney – Chili chutney and Carrot/Orange Marmalade.

We create a lot of flavor with little sugar.

Our marmalades, jellies and chutneys are sold through delicatessens and directly at a number of markets, where Dyrskun in Seljord and Julebyen Egersund are the largest that we participate in throughout the year, in addition to the local Farmers' Market.
