The Ask farm is beautifully situated on the edge of Nordmarka with a view of the Randsfjord. The site is the origin of ASK Spekehus, which is a stone's throw away.
The couple Kristoffer and Anne Marte Evang live on the farm and started the production of cured meats in 2013. The longing for clean and good meat products without unnecessary additives, and a passionate interest in food was the beginning of ASK.

Here, delicious cured meats inspired by Italian traditions, mild and spicy pizza sauce and frozen pizzas Slegge, Jåla, nduja and salsiccia are made - all of which are of restaurant quality.

Production is based on animal welfare, craftsmanship and quality. And only the best raw materials from Norwegian pigs that live freely outdoors are used to make cured meats from ASK.

In just a few years, the journey has gone from the humble beginnings of hobby production in the farm's 22 m2 storehouse, via a 160 m2 sausage factory on the farm, to ASK Spekehus - 10 minutes away from the farm. There, ASK products are made in a purpose-built sausage factory, where 15 people with backgrounds in sausage making and cooking currently work. Together, these constitute a fantastic combination of technical and "tasty" knowledge.
