Apal Sideri is a family-owned fruit farm beautifully situated in Sæbø in Ryfylke. Here we have a long tradition of fruit growing, and we are passionate about creating products with a unique taste of the region. The local climate gives our apples a very special balance between acidity and sweetness that you can taste in every drop.

We are proud of our artisanal products, such as the well-known varieties Sølvsider, Svans and Bris. With us, everything is about quality and respect for the raw materials. This work has given us several major awards, including gold in the international Cider World Award in Frankfurt and several medals in the Norwegian Cider Championship.\n\nIn our farm shop you can buy fresh goods straight from the farmer. We offer a wide selection of apple cider and other local specialties. This is the place for you who want real flavors and locally sourced products with a good story behind them.

For a more in-depth experience, we invite you to a cider tasting and tour of our production facilities. Here you will learn about the process from apple on the tree to finished cider in the glass.
