The Kutoget is a very popular attraction every summer, and many children really enjoy it! In the summer of 2024 we had baby lambs that the children were allowed to bottle-feed, and beautiful ducklings that they got to hold. The ducklings were quite big by the end of the summer!

Akerhaugen Gård is a destination in Fruktbygda that wants to offer a fun and memorable day out for the whole family! Our farm is idyllically located in beautiful Telemark, and offers a wide range of activities and experiences for all ages. The café is in a cozy barn room, and also has outdoor seating. We have our own produced and freshly picked strawberries, honeyberries, apples and plums in season, but also other short-hauled fruit and berries. We produce our own honey, apple juice, strawberry juice, raspberry juice, plum juice, raspberry vinegar and delicious jam.

Visit our café and bakery and enjoy delicious flavors made from scratch with the best Norwegian ingredients. We offer both lunch and dinner service, in addition to freshly baked bread and cinnamon rolls, freshly roasted coffee, homemade cakes, gelato ice cream and stone oven baked pizza. We also offer a number of exciting activities, including our own Escaperoom in the barn. The tree house with super slide is usually a hit with the children, and they love jumping in the hay. Don't miss our lovely farm animals - sheep, rabbits, pigs, chickens and ducks who are always happy to meet new friends. In the summertime we offer activities such as driving the cattle train, puppet shows and face painting. If you like challenges and are looking for a fun activity with either family, friends or work colleagues, try our Escape room. We offer group discounts and a glass of home-made apple juice in the café to everyone who manages to solve the mystery! Recommended age: +14 years
