Aga Sideri is idyllically located at Aga in Ullensvang. The farm has been in the family for generations with a long tradition of fruit growing. In 2018, Joar Aga took over the farm and established Aga Sideri the same year. The farm is located close to the fjord and mountains, surrounded by cultural heritage, steep hills and large apple orchards. Here in the Sørfjorden there is an excellent climate for fruit growing, as well as a rich tradition of cider production.

At Aga Sideri we work with respect for the traditions and ingredients that have shaped Hardanger through tradition. Joar and his team are passionate about ensuring that you have a great experience, whether you are visiting the farm or drinking one of our products.

Aga cider produces 4 different types of cider; Lagmann, Bøddel, Humlepung, Humlepung Rosè. We also produce a non-alcoholic cider; Humlesus. All of these are available at Vinmonopolet, as well as in our farm shop. In the farm shop we also have apple juice in different varieties.

During the period June-September we arrange daily cider tastings. We also welcome drop-in guests and have a bar license in our tasting room. See our website for more information.
