Apples, bees and berries - grown with love in Telemark. We have created new life on the farm since we bought the farm in 2004. Here we produce fruit, berries and honey, a combination that gives us the best raw materials. We refine the raw materials with solid craftsmanship into products of the highest quality. Everything to give you real food pleasure with unique taste experiences. Open farm shop from 10am - 6pm Monday - Saturday We harvest and collect fruit and berries from our own garden. Apples of the highest quality with the right flavors and berries with their beautiful colour. The fruit is sorted, ground and pressed into pure applejuice. This applejuice continues to ferment through the winter into lovely and tasty apple cider. After a course in Hardanger on cider production, we returned to our own farm with a dream of being able to make our own cider. In the same year, we set up our first test production and the following year the first bottles were ready for sale. Our customers are excited and now we are looking forward to the journey ahead. Our ciders are made with apples from our own farm and apples bought from other local producers. We have also mixed berries into some of our varieties and created magic. Our experiences Heit Telemark Sauna: At Lien Gård we have our own sauna located on a floating brew. This is beautifully located by the water below the farm. Heit Telemark Sauna can be booked throughout the year and is perfect to combine with a tasting or a trip to the mountains. Outdoor dining: The outdoor dining is open every day from week 26 until week 32. Here you can enjoy a glass of genuine artisanal products, the farm's pizza, toast or waffles. Cider tasting: Tasting with storytelling and a tour of the cider, as well as gaining an insight into the process of making cides.
