Welcome to Gunnabuda, on the island Flemsøy/Skuløy north of Ålesund. The main building was originally used for fish processing - we now use the rooms here for meetings and for serving meals for guests. 4 bedrooms are also located in the main building, and accommodation is also offered in 3 cabins right next to the main building. We also offer kayak rental and tours and our wood-fired view sauna.

We welcome guests the entire year. We are happy to serve you good meals during your stay, but please contact us beforehand, as we do not have a regular restaurant service. As we are located so close to the open sea, we are especially delighted to serve you good fish dinners!

If you are looking for special attractions, we can recommend our wood-fired sauna with a lovely fjord view. We also have a bikes and a small boat with an outboard engine for rent, and we have sea kayaks available for rent or for guided tours.

We also recommend the spectacular hike to the top of our mountain "Skulen" with the view cabin "Skulebua" located at the mountain peak at 492 meters. Also, our neighbouring islands are now easily reachable by car - we recommend highly that you also visit our neighbours!
