Our main objective at Valdresporten is to deliver quality food, regardless if it is just a road stop meal or food for an event or special occasion. Our cooks are formally trained and are committed to doing their best to fill the customer`s wishes and demands. We focus on giving our guests a good culinary experience and an unforgettable stay here with us. Therefore, all our employees do their best to ensure customer satisfaction. As members of “Utvalgte Spisesteder” we wish to guarantee our customers 'Good food - good rest'.

The motel has 7 double rooms to let, as well as a newly built modern log cabin with two bedrooms.

Valdresporten also offers a catering service for; dinners, traditional Norwegian buffet, and finger foods. Valdresporten stocks products from “Stabburet Gårdsmat” which carries a range of locally produced farm food using traditional Norwegian recipes. All the products carry the “Hanen” mark of approval.

FESTIVE OCCASIONS AND MEETINGS.
Valdresporten has a large and impressive events venue with a cozy and nostalgic atmosphere. We are always on top of things whether you wish to have food or drinks for a function/event, a meeting or a more festive occasion. We have two conference rooms at your disposal. On the first floor we have two rooms for social activities, which has a capacity of 30 and 100 persons respectively. Both rooms have been recently upgraded and modernized, and have direct access to the coatroom on the same floor.
