In 2010 we built a new barn with room for some two-hundred milk goats. All the milk produced at the farm is used for dairy and the production of the mild soft cheese 'Snøfrisk'. We make boiled sausage and cured sausage purely from goat meat. Salted and dried mutton ribs and cured thigh is produced in the period leading up to Christmas and early orders are advised. All skins from goat or kid are tanned, and are popular giftware. We have three double rooms for rent in the farmhouse. Our guests are served a home-made breakfast where the farm's products make up an important part of the meal. In spring 2011 we started to use a new farm production kitchen including a shop and facilities for visitors. In the shop you will also be able to find goods from other local food producers who are part of 'The Happy End – Norddal'. Cooperating with them, we offer experience activities based on local culture, nature and traditions. Welcome!
