Jørem ved Namsen

We are located in Grong, along Sørsiveien, 7 kilometers from the E6 and 40 kilometers from Namsos city. Surrounded by the famous salmon river Namsen, and within walking distance of great hunting and hiking areas in the woods and mountains. We offer accommodation both with or without food service in two cozy houses in the farm yard, and in the old bakery house, we serve pizza from a wood-fired stone oven. On the farm, we grow organic old cultured grains. There is also a craft brewery, a grain mill and a small bakery, where we bake with flour from our own grain. Some pigs are staying in the forest along the river during the summer, and in the autumn, they are turned into delicious ham, salami and other products that we both sell and use in our meal services.

We offer salmon fishing in the river Namsen, and at the neighboring farm you can participate in riding courses and riding camps. At our farm we also rent out a patch of land to a Market garden, which supplies both us and the guests with organic vegetables.

We are part of the cooperation Elvelangs Namsen, which is a network of small, local companies which offers various sales and activities along the river Namsen.
