Rendalen Fjellridning

The riding trails are in light terrain with high, rolling mountains, unspoiled nature and wide plateaus, and, you can always come across a flock or two of reindeer on a ride. We offer nature and culture experiences with accommodation in a rustic summer farm or a cabin in idyllic summer farm landscape. We serve food traditional to the region. We are very happy for the opportunity to present our beautiful surroundings as well as Rendalens exciting and interesting history.

Our riding tours are suited to both experience and inexperienced riders. The tours have relatively small groups with a maximum of 12 participants. Capable and experienced tour leaders take good care of our customers and the tours are tailored to your wishes or special needs. We have mainly Iceland horses but it is also possible to try both the Norwegian Dølahest or the Fjording. Rendalen Fjellridning has a wealth of experience and participant safety is essential, where horse and equipment quality are concerned.

The enterprise is a member of "Hest i Turistnæring" (Horses in the Tourism Industry), which is the Norwegian organization with the responsibility for quality and security approval for horseback riding businesses. Rendalen Fjellridning is also a member of Rendalen Naturligvis, which is a co-operative marketing activities and adventures in the Rendalen area.
